The paper aims to deepening the problem of the consequential and propelling link between the reference to the reality of the good and the method of philosophical knowledge. Such a link is particularly relevant in contemporary continental philosophies in Europe concerned in relation, in dialogue, in responsible freedom, in existence meant as a possible permanent birth. This very link represents the determining factor for the development of these thoughts that then, far from being purely evocative and narrative, would be endowed with such an argumentative strength and innovative charge as to provoke a rethinking about the nature and the method of philosophical enquiry in general. The problem in hand is understanding how the human relation with the good is in the kernel of metaphysic experience. It is witnessed by a philosophical consciousness that is irreducible both to pragmatism and to linguistic analysis.Downloads
