This paper aims to show that feminism is not reducible to Humanism, having developed a radical critique of its key concepts. The paper then investigates the way in which feminist and postcolonial theories, thanks to the efforts of poststructuralism, challenged the model of “Man of reason” and elaborate alternative visions of humanity, centered on zoe as a ruling principle, capable of going beyond gender, without bury the variables of sex, race and class. In conclusion the paper explains how these theories represent the assumptions of posthuman feminist philosophy, summarizing in four theses its main features.Downloads
