Abstract

On May 5, 2023, WHO Director-General declared the end of the international state of emergency for COVID-19. This marks, at least formally, the conclusion of three years of global health crisis, which has caused some 7 million deaths. The current work aims to add to the legal framework the health interventions adopted during the emergency period and particularly the most recent constitutional jurisprudence as well as the European court of human rights
