In popular culture, the figure of the wolf is traditionally associated with the image of the political enemy. The most famous example is still the cautionary tale of Little Red Riding Hood, whose protagonists even in the contemporary times have personified the changes in gender relations and in political, ideological and social dynamics that have taken place over time.
