Abstract

This report is composed by two subjects. First of them emphasizes law sources on which are grounded juridical and sea side town planning in western political theory. The analisys studies and refers the matter in particular to Foucalt’s work “Sourviller et punir - Monitor and punish” and Schmitt’s theories based on “The nomos of the earth”, his most important work in that field .
Second subject concerns perspective difficulties connected in legal drafting for sea-side town planning, caused by eccentric sociological nature of the community leaving in this kind of city organization.
