Un 'Regimen sanitatis' in napoletano antico (prima parte)

Abstract

This paper is the Italian translation of the first part of Adolf Mussafia’s work (1884) on the Regimen sanitatis, a poem written in ancient Neapolitan and dating back to the late 13^th - early 14^th century. This first part presents Mussafia’s linguistic study of the text (phonetics, morphology, metrics). The second part, which will be published in the next issue of «RiDESN», will reproduce the text of the poem according to Mussafia’s edition, with notes, variants of manuscript B, and the Glossary.
