Abstract

The paper considers the so called «caso Almasri» within the issue of the ministerial crimes. After analysing the differing doctrinal thesis on the ministerial crimes, the A. consider that the actions of the ministers under investigation can be considered a political crime and, as such, it is exempted from criminal liabilities. Indeed, the ministers have acted aiming at the superior interest of the Nation
