In the rich and articulated debate that has developed from the beginning on the nature and functions of the Constitutional Court, it has been discussed at length, above all, of what constitutes its characterizing function, which is undoubtedly the control of the constitutionality of the laws, discarding, in particular, the still "open" problems such as the modulation of the effects of the declarations of unconstitutionality, the remedies against the omissions of the legislator and, in general, of the so-called free zones of constitutional justice.Downloads
