The article publishes the critical edition of the Latin translation (from Greek) of the De virtutibus corpus nostrum dispensatibus, work of Niccolò da Reggio Calabria, a doctor and translator active at the court of Roberto d'Angiò (1309-1343) in Naples and at the Medical School Salernitana. Interesting elements have emerged from the work for the edition relating both to the transmission of this text and to the relations between Nicholas and other translators from Greek to Latin.
